This group deals with all levels of staff and with problems of every complexity.   They are cheerful, patient and knowledgeable .  When something doesn't work or you can't  figure out what you did, they will figure it out and correct the problem.  Over the past year, however, they have begun to teach us how to navigate our own way through the maze of terminology, cables, connections, and software.  This year they offered 140 IT Core Skill classes and about 20 Nuts 'n Bolts Sessions.  For their dedication to helping us do our computer jobs with the most efficiency possible, who ya' gonna call?
