This honoree works in a far less public setting.  Too bad we can't all see her, since she seems to be a master of multi-tasking.   This year, she played a particularly significant role in maintaining high quality service in a challenging time.  While continuing to keep up with her formally assigned work, she volunteered to cover processes normally handled by an employee who was on leave.   Despite this extra work, she was quick to help when another member of the unit fell ill.  Demonstrating a positive can-do attitude, she said that she would have to "just pick up the pace" to eliminate backlogs.
