This individual has been at the Libraries for ten years. This year, he is nominated by staff from another department, indeed from another division. The nominators praise his ability to solve problems, to get the job done, and to display a sense of humor when under stress. Dealing with the most crucial system in the library, he is praised for having dealt with "everything that came up." And the nomination shows that a lot came up.

He set up purchse orders and claims, Managed the end-of the-year roll-over, and assured that financial information associated with encumbrances and expenditures was correctly transmitted through ALEPH to the IFAS interface.
