This person did not develop any ALEPH application. She lived with one. Day by day, she dealt with ALEPH’s least glamorous side – serials! She responded to a tough situation in a model manner. She mastered the new technology, accommodated its first year quirks without complaining, managed a never-ending workload, and volunteered to help wherever help was needed.

Using every resource at her command, she handled all “claimable” claims and assisted with all aspects of serials check-in. All receiving locations know her well for her reliability, perseverance, and good nature.
