Performance Recognition Advisory Group
Issues and Tasks for the Group
Work with the Organizational Development Librarian and a series of
ad-hoc groups to generate options for recognizing employees in ways
that are both meaningful to the employees and doable. In order
to do this we will:
*Secure employee ideas on what is currently working; what else would
they like to see; what other types of recognition would they value;
and what types would they use to recognize others.
*Organize and publicize a package of monetary and non-monetary recognition
and reward options.
*Organize a training session for supervisors on recognition.
*Work with the LTD committee to integrate this into an on-going training
schedule.
