Committee Charge Template
Guidelines for using the committee charge template :
- All formally charged teams (committees, task forces, working groups, etc.), regardless of their expected duration, should have a written charge.
- All new and updated team charges are to be prepared using this template. Individuals are welcome to convert their existing charges to the team charge template format as desired.
- The preparation of committee charges is the joint responsibility of the committee's chair and LEC liaison.
- Once finalized, the committee charge should be mounted on the committee's web page. You may request help from any member of Team Intranet if you are unable to do this yourself.
