It's true! I am the new employee in DAIAD. Very happy to be here and looking forward to getting to know you all.
Here's a very brief bio so that when you come shake my hand, you'll have some idea of who's on the other end of the appendage you're holding.
Born: Shamrock, TX, 1970.
Died: well, not yet.
Have lived in: Shamrock, TX; Twittie, TX; Borger, TX; Baton Rouge, LA; Wheaton, IL; West Chicago, IL; and, soon to be, South Bend or thereabouts.
Marital status: married to Margaret (Ryken), whom I met at when an undergrad at Wheaton College, IL.
Parental status: happily the father of 4 children, ages ranging from 19 months to 7 years.
Interests and avocations: writing poetry and drama; Shakespeare (the man!); Renaissance rhetoric (hysteron proteron, anyone?); Johnny Cash and U2; future dreaming about human post-human in the age of advancing internet biologism; and more things to come.
