Checklist for Supervisors for the Recuiting Process

The Library Administration office has created these recruiting checklists for several reasons. The first and most important reason is to help our supervisors walk through all the necessary steps in the recruiting process. The other reason is for consistency. Every supervisor hiring a new employee has access to these forms, which helps to ensure that all the necessary steps are taken and that nothing “falls through the cracks.” It will make the recruiting process much easier for not only the supervisor, but the administrative staff and the candidates/potential employees as well.
