Those who wish to see the Position Description should contact 221 to receive a copy via e-mail. DUTIES: Works in three units of the Arts, Architecture and Media Department. Based at the Art Image Library and works there approximately twenty-four hours a week. Has regular weekly assignments in both the Architecture Library and the Audio Video Center, and acts as floater to all three areas. In the Art Image Library, assists the Curator and faculty in the Art, Art History and Design Department in developing and managing the digital and analog collections of the Art Image Library. Participates in regular daily operations and assists with special projects. Responsible for operating the Art Image Library in the absence of the Curator. In the Architecture Library, participates in circulation/reserve, collection processing and management, and interlibrary loan/document delivery activities. In the Audio-Video Center, particulates in circulation and reserve activities, and in collection processing and management. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in Art History, Studio Art, or closely related field is preferred. Knowledge of digital imaging technologies, scanning, and FileMaker Pro. Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop is required; proficiency is strongly preferred
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm. 40 hours / 12 months
