The Libraries Events Calendar

The Libraries Events Calendar is available as a CorporateTime Agenda. You can open it just as you would open any other agenda in CorporateTime.

There are three different ways to open the Libraries Events Calendar:

1. In your CorporateTime account, click "File," "Agenda," "Open." Type "NDLIBS" in the "Open Agenda" dialog box and press Enter.
2. Or: Press Ctrl+A. Enter "NDLIBS" and press Enter.
3. Or: Click on the icon of a person next to a calendar. Enter "NDLIBS" and press Enter.

You can switch between the daily, weekly and monthly views of the Libraries Events Calendar.

The NDLIBS agenda can also be viewed on the Web. Go to https://corporatetime.nd.edu/ctime-fcgi-bin/swc/lexacal.fcgi and log in with your CorporateTime username and password. Click on the icon of a person next to a calendar. Type "NDLIBS" in the search box, then click the View button.

What kinds of events appear in Libraries Events Calendar?

The Libraries Events Calendar is for events of interest to the Libraries as a whole. Examples include:

• Libraries-wide events such as the Christmas Luncheon
• Training sessions offered by the Libraries
• Presentations by candidates for positions in the Libraries
• Standing committee meetings
• Conferences of interest to Libraries employees, such as ALA, NAAUG
• Academic year information such as graduation, school begins, etc.
• Showing when annual reports and evaluations are due

Who can add events to the Libraries Events Calendar?

Anyone in the Libraries can add events to the Libraries Events Calendar by adding NDLIBS to an agenda entry. After creating the agenda entry, click "Edit," "View Meeting" or press F5. Type "NDLIBS" in the "Add" section of the dialog box that opens, then click "OK" or press the Enter key.

Who can edit or delete events from the Libraries Events Calendar?

The person who added NDLIBS to the event or any member of Team Intranet can edit or delete events from the Libraries Events Calendar.
