Who can add/edit/maintain:
Anyone on Team Intranet, Org. Dev. Lib.
How to Add/Edit/Maintain
NOTES
- Use Netscape.
- Content can be edited if necessary (formatting, spelling)
- Retention policy
To add a Did You Know ...?:
- Go to the URL for the Intranet Database.
- Enter the login and password.
- Click on Did You Know ... ?
- Click on Add a Did You Know ... ?
- Enter a title under Title.
- Enter the body of the message under Text.
- Add a URL under Link if appropriate.
- Click the Add button.
- (Click Clear if you wish to start over.)
To edit a Did You Know ...?:
- Go to the URL for the Intranet Database.
- Enter the login and password.
- Click on the Did You Know ... ? you wish to edit.
- Make changes and click Edit.
- (Click Clear if you wish to start over.)
To delete a Did You Know ...?:
- Go to the URL for the Intranet Database.
- Enter the login and password.
- Click on delete next to the Did You Know...? you want to delete.
