Anyone on Team Intranet, Org. Dev. Lib.

How to Add/Edit/Maintain

NOTES

  • Use Netscape.
  • Content can be edited if necessary (formatting, spelling)
  • Retention policy

To add a Did You Know ...?:

  • Go to the URL for the Intranet Database.
  • Enter the login and password.
  • Click on Did You Know ... ?
  • Click on Add a Did You Know ... ?
  • Enter a title under Title.
  • Enter the body of the message under Text.
  • Add a URL under Link if appropriate.
  • Click the Add button.
  • (Click Clear if you wish to start over.)

To edit a Did You Know ...?:

  • Go to the URL for the Intranet Database.
  • Enter the login and password.
  • Click on the Did You Know ... ? you wish to edit.
  • Make changes and click Edit.
  • (Click Clear if you wish to start over.)

To delete a Did You Know ...?:

  • Go to the URL for the Intranet Database.
  • Enter the login and password.
  • Click on delete next to the Did You Know...? you want to delete.
